BitWise predicted the price of BTC for 2035

According to the long -term forecast of the BitWise investment company, the bitcoin exchange rate can grow to $ 1.3 million by 2035, due to the limited supply of BTC and high demand for it among large companies.

The BitWise report states that in the next decade the total average annual growth rate of bitcoin will be 28.3%. This is significantly ahead of the growth rate of traditional assets: shares (6.2%), bonds (4%) and gold (3.8%). With the most favorable development of events, the Bitcoin exchange rate will be able to reach $ 2.97 million, while with the most pessimistic scenario, bitcoin can collapse to $ 88 005.

Given this wide range, Bitcoin can still remain volatile, despite the greater involvement of large investors. Bitwise investment, Matt Hawgan, noted that Bitcoin has ceased to be a market focused on retail customers – now its movement is determined by the flow of capital from institutional investors.

Bitcoin corporate investments have increased: about 35 public companies have already owned at least a thousand bitcoins each, while at the end of the first quarter of 2025 there were 24 such companies. The total volume of Bitcoin corporate purchases in the second quarter of 2025 increased by 35% compared to the previous quarter – from 99,857 BTC to 134 456 BTC. Among the large owners of Bitcoin, Strategy is the leader of the company – the total volume of bitcoins in its possession exceeded 632,457 BTC (more than $ 71 billion). The company’s unrealized profit from investment in Bitcoin is more than 53% – about $ 25 billion.

Bitcoin deficiency also creates the conditions for the growth of the first cryptocurrency. Considering that 94.8% of the bitcoin’s total offer is already in circulation, and its annual issue will be reduced from 0.8% to 0.2% by 2032, the new maintened coins will not be able to satisfy the growing demand of legal entities. Unlike traditional goods, the offer of bitcoin cannot be increased, so BTC will continue to grow, and included in BitWise.

Earlier, Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley warned that there would not be enough bitcoins for everyone. Recently, BitWise has applied for launching a spot -free exchange fund (ETF), tied to CHINLINK cryptocurrency.
