Blockchain cryptocurrency exchange Binance BNB Chain is launching a program focused on supporting European decentralized application (DApps) developers in the BNB ecosystem.
The program will run for three weeks and is being called an “innovation incubator” for Web3 startups. Those who are accepted into the program will receive support from industry and BNB network experts on tokenomics design and marketing strategies.
As part of the program, the company intends to hold exclusive meetings with candidates in cities such as Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, London and Warsaw. According to BNB Chain’s senior business director Zoe Wei, the chain is trying to support European Web3 startups that excel in both speed and accessibility to drive adoption in the region:
“Our goal is to support European projects so that they can take our principles as a basis at an early stage. Then in the long term our user base in Europe will grow.”
Currently, there are 17 companies in the incubator, among which there is a venture cryptocurrency company Jump Crypto, which owns the developer of the Wormhole Certus One token bridge. The company said that the BNB Chain initiative will allow developers to freely share knowledge and experience, which will positively affect the ecosystem as a whole.
BNB previously announced a strategic partnership with Google Cloud. Through a joint initiative, more than 1,300 participants in the BNB Chain ecosystem will have access to the platform’s cloud services.
