Bocconi’s new line-up: one-day masterclasses start

Today there is a lot of talk about “continuous training“Or, in English, of”lifelong leraning»: Even if I am a full-grown adult, with a degree and master’s degree already in my pocket, I continue to deepen, learn, follow lessons. It is done to keep up with the times, to face topics that have never been dealt with and which can instead be used for the work that is being done. The fact remains that these courses are “serious” courses, not meant to be done, so much so that SDA Bocconi, the famous university business school, is also taking the field and is now launching the new Masterclass format.

On topics related to specific sectors, a more didactic and theoretical part is planned with SDA teachers and best practices are reported, told in person by experts and guest speakers.

The Masterclasses have been designed for a varied audience: from entrepreneurs to managers, from Practice Leaders in consulting firms and Research Institutes to anyone, in general, who is interested in a high-level study on the latest trends in the sector under analysis. All participants in the Masterclasses will have two tools for direct interaction in the classroom: the ability to ask questions before the day of the event, so that teachers and guests can prepare themselves adequately and then dissect them during the day with the help of the guest speakers , and further Q&A moments, during which questions received via chat will be read,
to give voice and allow a more interactive participation even to those who choose to participate remotely.

The first package, consisting of five Masterclasses and focused on the themes of Fashion&Luxury, addresses the trends in the sector which, during the current health crisis, have experienced an acceleration. We will then talk about the consumer experience linked to new digital technologies, but also about Made in Italy and the characteristics of the geography of brands; sustainability in fashion will be addressed at 360 ° and the supply chain will be dealt with and how, if well told, it can enter the full positioning of the brand. Last but not least, we will analyze the characteristics, but above all, the behavior of the new generations – Millennials and Gen-Z – to identify how brands should behave towards a future (but very current) dialogue with them.

It is not necessary to participate in all the masterclasses of the package: if you are interested in a specific “episode” you can only follow one day, a full immersion from 10 to 17, which then gives the right to a certificate of attendance. The inscriptions remain open until the day before the start of the program.
