The body of Camille Vitória Rodrigues, 23, who had been missing since July 5, was found lifeless this Tuesday (16), in the city of Magé, in Baixada Fluminense.
According to the Civil Police, Camille had received a job offer in which she would take photos and videos that would prove an alleged betrayal. On the 5th, she left her home, in the northern zone of Rio de Janeiro, with the intention of carrying out the service and was not seen again.
After her disappearance, the case was registered and investigations began to locate the victim.
During the information gathering and collection of statements, the Missing Persons Unit identified two suspects involved in the victim’s disappearance. One of these suspects, during questioning, told police officers where the victim’s body was located.
The Civil Police went to the scene and found the body in a wooded area, in Magé, Baixada Fluminense. There, the Homicide Division of Baixada Fluminense was called to carry out the forensic examination at the scene.
Camille’s body was sent to the Technical-Scientific Police Station for an autopsy and identification of the cause of death.
The Civil Police requested the precautionary arrest of the two suspects and investigations continue to determine the dynamics of the facts and identify others involved in the crime.
