President Jair Bolsonaro (no party) arrived this Saturday morning (13) in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, where he was received by local authorities and the Brazilian embassy.
According to Itamaraty, later today, Bolsonaro will have a meeting with the emir of Dubai and the prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The bilateral meeting will take place at the Expo 2020 Dubai leaders’ pavilion.
Expo 2020 Dubai is considered the biggest face-to-face event in the world since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and will last for six months.
This Sunday (14), Bolsonaro will participate in the Opening Ceremony of Dubai Airshow.

The President of the Republic was received with simplified military honors and was greeted by the Ambassador of Brazil in Abu Dhabi, Ambassador Fernando Luís Lemos Igreja and the Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, Omar bin Sultan Al Olama.
