In Belarus, the court recognized the film “Golden Bottom” about the wealth of the local dictator Alexander Lukashenko, which was filmed by the team of the opposition Telegram channel NEXTA, as extremist. The relevant information was published in the republican list of extremist materials of the Ministry of Information of Belarus. The opposition resource TUT.BY drew attention to the inclusion of the film in it.
The list indicates that the film “Lukashenka. Bonanza” was declared extremist on June 10. This decision was made by the court of the Tsentralny district of Minsk.
The list also includes a link to the original source of the film – the NEXTA YouTube channel. It is noted that the court’s decision is subject to immediate execution.
At the same time, the list does not include the second part of the film “Bonanza”, which was published at the end of May 2021.
