Borel: We must immediately find a way to use the proceeds from the frozen Russian funds for Ukraine

The need to make an immediate decision on the use of the revenues from the Russian frozen funds in the EU, in order to help Ukraine, was underlined today by the High Representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, coming to the Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg. “We need to find a legal way to use the proceeds from the frozen Russian funds, avoiding any kind of entanglement.
