With the total first bid price exceeding 4 million euros, the auctions are accelerated by dovalue while the amount of the claim amounts to 5,067,538 euros.

The building that houses a car dealership

The most expensive of the properties that are up for sale includes 3 horizontal properties, which are part of a building, which is located on 26th Oktovriou and Achelou 2 streets, an address that also appears to be the company’s headquarters.

This is a first floor horizontal property of 942.47 sq.m., part of which has been converted into office space, a second floor horizontal property of 814.44 sq.m., which is now used as storage space after the change of use and a third floor horizontal property of 467.25 sq.m.

The 3 above properties will be sold together with the first offer price set at 982,110 euros. The baton at the highest starting price level at 960,361 is taken by the ground floor store located in the same four-story building, which functions as a business space.

The store in question consists of a ground floor of 827 sq.m. and a 123 sq.m. loft. It should be noted that the ground floor houses a car dealership showroom and a workshop, while the loft houses the administration offices.

As noted in the appraisal report, the building was constructed with a 1986 building permit on a corner plot of 1,200 sq.m. while its construction quality is considered typical and its external condition relatively good.

The entertainment center and the office near the beach

The 2 other properties are located in a building on 26th of October avenue at number 35. The first concerns a ground floor shop with a basement and a loft of 466 sq.m. with the first offer price amounting to 254,042 euros.

The second also concerns a ground floor shop of 200 sq.m. with the starting price set at 120,715 euros. It should be noted that the 2 stores are functionally connected and in the past as a single space housed a dealership and a car repair shop, while during the autopsy it was found that today the store remains empty and its level of maintenance is judged to be moderate.

In addition, a fifth-floor office of 163 sq.m., located at the junction of 2 Letous Street with an unnamed coastal road, comes out with a first offer price of 175,896 sq.m. and finally a first floor apartment of 56 sq.m. at the intersection of Makedonia Streets and K.
