According to police sources, Bolsonaro will charged with other crimes. The formal indictment will be a new blow to Bolsonaro’s plans to run for president again in 2026. His allies are trying to overturn a court ruling barring him from running for questioning the legality of the voting system in 2022. On Tuesday, police arrested five people, including a former member of the far-right ex-president’s cabinet.
