The cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro are the only Brazilian cities in the top 50 in the world with the highest consumption of Madonna content on the platform.
The capital of São Paulo is third in the global ranking, with more than 500,000 monthly listeners, behind only London, in the United Kingdom, and Santiago, in Chile.
The last show of Madonna's current tour, “The Celebration Tour”, which celebrates her 40-year career, will be held on Copacabana beach, in Rio de Janeiro, and will be open to the public free of charge.
The capital of Rio de Janeiro is the second city with the most Madonna listeners in Brazil.
Among users in Brazil, in this first quarter alone, there was a 33% growth in plays and 26% in hours of consumption on the singer's profile on Spotify, where she has 43 million monthly listeners.
