Brazil recorded 24,934 confirmed cases and 74 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, beating 23 million infections with the updated numbers.
The data are from the National Council of Health Secretaries (Conass). Currently, Brazil accounts for 23,000,657 cases of infections and 621,045 fatalities from the disease since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020.
It is worth mentioning that the Federal District and the states of Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul, Mato Grosso and Tocantins were unable to update the numbers.
