“His personal characteristics of hyperactivity, extraordinary boldness, drive for results and extreme brutality permeated Wagner and are unlikely to be matched by any successor,” notes the British Ministry of Defense and concludes:
“The leadership vacuum at Wagner is expected to worsen further because of the information that the founder and field commander Dmitry Utkin and the head of logistics support Valery Sekalov they are also dead.”
