Britain: Queen Elizabeth will attend an official ceremony on Sunday

THE Queen Elizabeth, which has been forced lately to limit her public appearances on the recommendation of doctors, will attend, as expected, the Memorial Day ceremony this Sunday in London, however he will not attend another event on Tuesday, his palace announced today Buckingham.

The 95-year-old queen, who spent one night in hospital last month, had to extend her doctor’s rest period, canceling her participation this Saturday in the Memorial, which pays tribute to British soldiers. and those of the Commonwealth.

However, as she had stated her “strong intention” two weeks ago, the Queen will give the “present” at the ceremony, this Sunday, in the cenotaph of London, according to a Buckingham press release.

As in previous years, Her Majesty, as reported by the Athenian-Macedonian News Agency, will attend the ceremony “from the balcony of the building” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the text clarifies.

“Following the recent advice of her doctors, the Queen has decided not to attend” the plenary session of the Church of England on Tuesday 16 November.
