There is serious concern that Russian President Vladimir Putin is still determined to invade Ukraine, British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said today.
According to Reuters, Wallace said that there is a continuous increase in the number of Russian troops near the border with Ukraine, as well as a “multiplication” of the so-called events of false flag.
“In recent weeks, we have seen the Russian agenda being implemented in a way that raises serious concerns that President Putin is still determined to invade,” Wallace told the British Parliament.
In the same vein, the British Foreign Secretary urged President Putin to explicitly rule out a possible invasion and to re-engage in diplomatic procedures.
