Britain steps in to withdraw all troops from Afghanistan

Almost all of the military forces it has deployed in Afghanistan will be withdrawn by Britain, after the US plan for the withdrawal of the US military forces by September 11, 2021, as reported in today’s publication of the newspaper “The Times” and rebroadcast by AMPE.

London has drawn up plans to hand over control of the military academy in Kabul to the Afghan government, where its forces are helping train Afghan soldiers, according to the newspaper.

There are about 750 British soldiers in the Afghanistan, who will face difficulties without US support, given their dependence on US military bases and infrastructure, the report said.
