The dead bodies of four people were found in an apartment in the west LondonBritish police announced.
According to Guardian they are two adults in their 30s and two children, an 11-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy, who are believed to be members of the same family.
According to the police officers, on Friday (16/6) afternoon, they forcibly entered the property, after being called by neighbors who were concerned about the occupants of the house.
The investigation is being led by homicide detectives from the specialist crime branch.
The police said in a statement that the investigation is at a “very early stage” and that no one else is being sought in connection with the incident, while a post-mortem examination will be conducted into the causes of death of the four people.
The commander of the local police station, speaking to the media, appealed to citizens “to be responsible for what they post on social media, including not naming or speculating about the names of the dead.”
