Two small teddy bears popped it from their fenced area in a zoo in southern England yesterday Monday, running to the nearby honey warehouse, the zoo said today. Miss and Lucy, two four -year -old teddy bears, “escaped from their fenced area yesterday (Monday) (…) and ran straight to their food,” a Wildwood Devon spokesman said. The two animals “ate different products, including a amount of honey of a week, before they were safely returned to their cage less than an hour later” accompanied by zoo staff. “At no time they were a threat to the public,” although visitors were temporarily gathered in a building preventively, the zoo added.
