Even Bosses need a break, e.g Bruce Springsteen is no exception. The singer was forced, in fact, to cancel two dates of his world tour due to Health problems not better specified. Missing are two concerts at Citizens Bank Park, the baseball stadium in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with The E Street Band. «Because Bruce Springsteen got sick», the staff announcement posted on social media reads, «the Philadelphia dates of August 16 and 18 have been postponed. We are working to rearrange them, so please keep your tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled shows.”
The note does not specify what Bruce Springsteen’s problem iswho has been engaged since February in his mammoth tour, which began in Tampa in Florida and continued in the United States before moving to Europe and touching Italy in three stages: May 18 in Ferrara – with a lot of controversy due to the flood in Emilia-Romagna -, May 21 in Rome and July 25 in Monza, the last in Europe. Also on this last occasion there were several controversies due to the new wave of bad weather which, however, did not stop Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band.
The tour that Springsteen is seeing was supposed to support the album’s release in 2020 Letter to You, which however was forced to postpone due to the pandemic. It is not the first time that Springsteen has had to postpone some concerts due to health problems: already last March, in fact, the singer-songwriter was forced to postpone three concerts due to some health problems which, however, did not prevent him from returning on stage a few months apart. Bosses, you know, are always hard to die.
