Bruce Willis celebrates 69 years with his extended family, best wishes from Demi Moore: “We love you so much”

Bruce Willis on March 19th he turned 69. And the of him was a birthday in extended family full of love. Naturally, his current forty-five year old wife was there to celebrate Emma Hemingwith whom she had two daughters (Mabel, 10 and Evelyn, 8)but also his ex-wife Demi Moore, mother of his first three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Talullah. The sixty-one-year-old actress has always remained close to the star after the discovery of the neurodegenerative disease that is consuming him: a frontotemporal dementia due to which Willis, by now, he would also struggle to recognize people. Demi told her family's birthday by posting one on Instagram photo in which she looks tenderly at her ex-husband, shaking his hand and another in which he plays with his niece Louetta, Rumer's firstborn. To close the post, an old shot showing Bruce with their three little daughters. «Happy Birthday, BW! We love you and are so grateful», wrote Demi accompanying the images.

Also Emma Heming, who is writing a book about her experience alongside her sick husband, posted a shot of the celebrations on Instagram. In the photo, Willis is seen smiling as she holds one of her grandchildren in her arms. «Happy birthday my love, you are a gift», Heming wrote. Adding: “Just like all of you, we just love it. What you might not know, but perhaps you might imagine, is that being wrapped in his arms is the safest place in this wide world».

Social dedications also came from the daughters Willis had with Moore. For example Rumer Willis, publishing various shots in which she appears as a child in her father's arms, wrote: «Oh dad, being loved by you is a gift. You are the funniest, cutest, charming, goofy, talented and magical dad in this world. Looking at these photos this morning I am just filled with the deepest gratitude for having chosen to spend this life together. I'm your first daughter and sometimes I wish I was little enough to get comfortable on your chest again and laugh and cuddle.” To wish her father a happy birthday, Scout Willis also leafed through her album of memories, publishing a series of images from the past with the actor surrounded by his now grown-up girls.
