Bruce Willis’ villa in the Caribbean for sale

Bruce Willis certainly has good taste in vacation rentals. White beach, crystal clear sea and splendid lagoons. We are on the picturesque private island of Parrot Cay, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Here it was just listed on Sotheby’s International Realty The Residence, a one-of-a-kind beach retreat that belonged to Bruce Willis.

Willis bought the place in 2000 and built the house. It was also where he and his current wife, Emma Heming-Willis, got married in 2009.

In 2019, the couple sold the home to Goosehead Insurance founders Mark and Robyn Jones for $ 27 million ($ 6 million less than the asking price). The Joneses have created children’s facilities, including a large sleeping room and a playroom, for their 16 grandchildren.

The estate consists of three magnificent wood paneled houses with 12 bedrooms and four swimming pools, for an approximate total of 3400 square meters. The six bedroom main house is the heart of the estate and is perfect for gathering family and friends with ample entertainment and children’s areas. Two self-contained villas include the Primary Suite with guest rooms north of the Main House and a three-bedroom Guest Villa, each with their own large pools.

Having undergone a complete redesign in 2020, the two-level main house features almost 1000 sq m of living space with the entire upper level dedicated to a multi-purpose dream space for children. On the main level, the great room has long remained the heart of this home, flanked by a sumptuous cinema room and guest bedrooms. Lush lawns, a shady yoga pavilion on the beach, a children’s playground with its original pirate ship, and several coconut, banana and papaya trees surround this paradise.
