Singer Bruno Mars was announced this Thursday (2) as the headliner of the last day of The Town festival, which will take place in September 2023.
The artist will close the festival on September 10th, on the Skyline stage. Also on this day, the Brazilian singer Iza performs.
Bruno Mars has been nominated 30 times for a Grammy, having won 14 trophies, including Song of the Year in 2022. He is also the man to have at least three songs in the Top 5 of the HOT 100 in his studio albums, according to The Town .
The artist owns several hits, such as “Locked out of Heaven”, “Uptown Funk”, “When I Was Your Man”, “Treasure”, “Talking to the Moon”, and many others.
Recently, he formed the duo Silk Sonic, with drummer Anderson .Paak, producing more hit songs, such as “Leave the Door Open”, “Somkin Out The Window” and “After Last Night”.
The Town festival takes place on the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 9th and 10th of September, at the Interlagos Circuit, in São Paulo. Over 600,000 people are expected.
The musicians will be divided into five stages. So far, Post Malone, Maroon 5, Ludmilla and Foo Fighters have also been announced.
Sales will start on March 14th.
