The singer Bruno Mars which is in Brazil for a series of shows, celebrated the birthday of 39 years old last Tuesday (9). He published a photo with a cake decorated in the colors of Brazil and a photo of him to celebrate his new age. The confectioner Milene Oliveira from Pirituba in São Paulo was the one who prepared the candy for the artist.
Milene gave details on social media of how the themed cake was ordered. In a video published on Instagram, she said that, last Saturday (5), Dani a friend of hers, owner of Drisa Confeitaria which is in João Pessoa in Paraíba he started desperately calling her, who was scared at first, thinking that something bad had happened.
When she answered, Milene received the news that Daniel Ramos, Bruno Mars’s photographer, had gotten in touch with Dani after seeing a themed cake made by the artist, and asked for one similar to celebrate the singer’s birthday.
However, as Dani is from João Pessoa and the cake needed to be delivered the next day in São Paulo, she decided to pass the mission on to Milene.

Milene also said that she solved everything in less than a day, following her friend’s instructions, and made a 12-slice cake, with brigadeiro filling, rice paper and whipped cream topping, to represent Brazil well.
After the cake was ready, Milene took the sweet to the hotel to deliver to Bruno Mars’ photographer. “A nice, perfect, wonderful guy. We were very anxious not knowing what was going to happen, whether this cake would actually arrive at Bruno”, she said.
