Bruno Mars charges R$30 million to sing at weddings, says ceremonialist

Ceremonialist Marcy Blum, who has already been voted the best in the world by Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, revealed what the fee charged by singer Bruno Mars to perform at a wedding .

In an interview with the Skinny Confidential podcast, the professional said that the Hawaiian was considered as an attraction for the party that would celebrate the union of singer Jennifer Lopez and baseball player Alex Rodriguez.

According to Blum, Bruninho’s fee for a 45-minute show at an event of this type is US$5 million (around R$30 million).

“I’m going to tell this story because I never signed an NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement, que em português significa ‘acordo de não divulgação’]. We were working with J-Lo and A-Rod before they broke up, and we went through a list of musicians and she said, ‘What do you think of Bruno Mars?’ I said, ‘We just worked with him and he charges five million, don’t be ridiculous.’”, said the ceremonialist. “Plus the dressing room, plus the team.”
