The singer Bruno Mars 39, posed with the American rapper Sexyy Red 26, this Wednesday (22), giving signs of a collaboration between the artists.
This Tuesday (21), the Hawaiian artist had already promised that he would release a “strip club anthem” to celebrate success of “Die With A Smile” and “APT.” duets released with Lady Gaga and Rosé, respectively.
At the time, he mentioned that he would go straight to the studio and asked for help in contacting Sexyy Red, known for hits such as “Pound Town” and “Pound Town 2”. This Wednesday (22), he posed next to her and wrote: “I found her!”
In the publication, it is still possible to hear a snippet of what could be a new song, which was enough for fans to create theories. “What is this Bruno Marcio? It came right there”, mentioned a Brazilian internet user. “Wow, Bruninho!!!”, said an Instagram user. “Solta o feat!”, wrote a third.
The success of “Die With a Smile”
“Die With A Smile” is the ninth song in the singer’s career to reach the top of the Billboard and repeats the feat achieved by hits such as “Uptown Funk”, “That’s What I Like” and “Just The Way You Are”.
The song became the fastest to reach 1 billion plays on Spotify. The track was released in August this year and, since then, it remained the most listened to song in the world on the streaming platform until it was overtaken by “DtMF”, by Bad Bunny.
