Brussels: The mask is no longer required outdoors

The use of the mask ceases to be mandatory outdoors on Brussels from June 9. Exceptions are busy shopping streets, according to a unanimous decision of the mayors of the city.

The end of its general use mask on the streets of the Belgian capital from June 9, announced the mayor of the center of Brussels, Philippe Klose.

According to APE-MPE, in a message on Twitter, Klose states: “Vaccination is progressing and the numbers are falling. “From June 9, it will no longer be mandatory to wear a mask outdoors, with the exception of busy shopping streets.”
