According to the publication, the perpetrator allegedly suffered from depression and had psychological problems, while he made statements many times that he wanted to kill the woman.
So, on Monday morning (10/4) with a gun in hand, he entered the bedroom where Migena Sinani was with her 2-year-old daughter. He hit her on the head and then went to the yard, where he ended his life.
