The main building will be constructed in the form of a waterfall. Accommodation will be categorized into different suites and independent villas with private pools, which will be located in the garden overlooking the sea. The largest of them will be the Bulgari Villa, measuring 800 m² and with a private beach and pool.

According to Bulgari, the landscaping project involves planting thousands of trees on the land, as the vegetation is quite arid. The idea of the construction is to give the site a contemporary design with references to the ancient civilization that occupied the region — Bodrum, in fact, was home to one of the seven wonders of the ancient world O Mausoleum at Halicarnassus .

The project also includes a large area dedicated to the spa, including a swimming pool with an outdoor deck overlooking the sea. Beachfront shops, including a Bulgari boutique, will complete the venue.
