Bulgaria’s President Roumen Radev met today with his Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanovic in Zagreb as part of his official visit, the presidency in Sofia said today. Radef pays a two -day official visit to Croatia. The two presidents had a private meeting. Then expanded broad talks between the official delegations of the two countries followed, and a joint statement was followed by the media. President Radef said Bulgaria and Croatia have been established as key security and stability factors in Southeast Europe. The two countries, as members of NATO and the European Union and as countries located at both ends of the Western Balkans, have a joint responsibility for the security, stability and prosperity of the region, with particular emphasis on the EU’s enlargement to the Western Balkans, the Bulgarian president said.
