The US Department of Justice has announced that OneCoin’s chief legal officer has been extradited to America and charged with cryptocurrency fraud.

Irina Dilkinska was the head of the legal department for the OneCoin crypto pyramid and, according to US law enforcement, was responsible for hiding the criminal proceeds of Ruja Ignatova through the creation of a network of shell companies. At the beginning of 2017, about $4.4 billion was spent through the accounts of companies, of which OneCoin revenue amounted to almost $3 billion.

FBI investigators accuse Dilkinska of helping Mark Scott, a lawyer and OneCoin accomplice, hide more than $400 million.

Irina Dilkinska was also the head of B&N Consult EEOD and used the company for more than just offering investors “patented advisory services, support and OneCoin software solutions.” According to the investigation, in 2015 and 2016 alone, Irina Dilkinska could have earned at least $216 million.

According to Bulgarian media, the co-founder of the OneCoin cryptocurrency pyramid Ruja Ignatova, known as the “Crypto Queen”, could have been killed back in 2018 by order of a certain drug lord.
