Dissatisfaction with working conditions, low pay and too much stress in the workplace are the main complaints voiced in a nationwide job satisfaction survey conducted by staffing platform Career Show and released by Bulgarian National Radio and other media on September 1.
THE research was conducted on a sample of more than 1,000 respondents, working in various economic sectors and places in the country, who they answered the questions anonymously.
The 82.64% of respondents state that they are underpaid, given their experience and qualifications. Even in the highly paid field of information technology, one 65.3% of employees feels that his wages are unreasonably low.

The employees at public administration and business administration are less satisfied from their earnings, with almost 90% to complain about unfair wages.
As expected, the monthly fee of experts in informatics it is higher than pay in any other field. IT salaries increase as workers gain professional experience. The rate of increase is much higher than that of other sectors of the economy, according to the survey.

The second highest average salary is recorded in her sector outsourcing activities. Public administration and business administration are quite low on the table. Not only are absolute incomes low in this sector, but the rate of wage growth is much slower compared to the IT and outsourcing sector.
