The act of an attempted robbery in Santo André (SP), this Tuesday (25), shows the moment when the victim, a 41-year-old woman, escapes a shot that grazes her head. In the images, it is possible to observe that the victim’s hair moves after the shooting.
Three men approached the woman, apparently at the door of her house, in the Campestre neighborhood, with the aim of stealing the victim’s vehicle and belongings.
In the action, which lasts a few seconds, the victim asks the thieves so that she can remove items related to her work from the car. They then get into the car and shoot the victim, who was grazed by the projectile, according to information in the police report.

The bandits were unable to start the vehicle and, according to the São Paulo Military Police, a plainclothes officer intervened and shot the suspects, who fled without taking the car.
The victim was taken to an area hospital.
According to police, the vehicle used by the thieves in the escape was located hours later, abandoned on a street. The three suspects in the crime remain at large. The case was registered in the 4th DP of Santo André.
