With Very good, from 27 to 31 October, some of the best-known names on the international gastronomic scene arrive in Turin. Chefs of the likes of Ferran Adrià, Massimo Bottura e Ana Roche (queen of the 50 Best) are among the protagonists of an exhibition that is not limited to good food, even if only for the fact of involving symbolic places of the city culture such as the Mole Antonelliana, home to the National Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum and the Automobile Museum.
Very good, created by food critics Stefano Cavallito e Luca Iaccarino with Matteo Baronetto, chef of the Del Cambio restaurant, has an ambitious goal: to enhance the gastronomic culture of a city that from the gourmet restaurant to the piola (the Turin-based tractor company) has an inestimable heritage in this area. «Turin is an elegant, beautiful, cultured city, rich in creativity, both in gastronomy and in the arts.
