Bvlgari he does not stop taking care of the treasures of the capital. The last intervention is the one on the monument and museum ofAra Pacis that, thanks to the contribution of the maison, today it lights up with a new light.
The operation involved the replacement in all museum spaces of halogen lighting bodies with new generation LED lamps. At the same time, the lighting system of the exhibition space was enhanced with the installation of new tracks and the increase in light points and lamps, also in this case with LED technology.
A relamping that marks a big step towards sustainability and compliance with the recent European directives on energy saving, as well as a reduction in maintenance costs.
The intervention was financed with an act of patronage of the Maison Bvlgari of 120 thousand euros and Roma Capitale completed the relamping by intervening with its own funds on the underlying exhibition space for an amount of over 86.3 thousand euros. The primary objective of the Capitoline Superintendence was to improve the visual quality of the monument and the perception of the architectural spaces, acting in continuity with the artistic direction of the architect Richard Meier, creator and designer of the museum complex, who wanted to follow, examine and confirm the current intervention on lighting.
