Caixa Econômica Federal promotes, this Thursday (17), the auction of 394 properties spread across the country. Discounts can reach up to 60% and the initial bid for negotiations will be R$ 29,226 thousand.
In addition to this auction, Caixa also schedules other rounds, one for March 30 and another scheduled for April 13. The event will be held in partnership with Fidalgo Leilões and sales will take place through the website.
Auction notices with participation rules and property information can be accessed on Caixa’s website, as well as on Fidalgo Leilões, a platform where disputes will take place on the three dates.
Qualification
To participate, individuals must submit to the auctioneer or the person designated by him, simple copies accompanied by the originals for checking or certified copies of the following documents:
- Id card
- CPF
- Proof of residence
- Power of attorney with signature of the grantor recognized by a notary, if applicable
Legal entities must provide simple copies accompanied by the originals for checking or certified copies of the following documents:
- CNPJ
- Constitutive Act and due amendments
- CPF and identity card of the representative
- Power of attorney with the signature of the grantor recognized by a notary, accompanied by the document proving that the granting of the power of attorney was made by those who have the powers to do so

In a note, Fidalgo informed that this Thursday’s auction has properties in the following states: Amazonas, Amapá, Ceará, Federal District, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, Piauí, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Roraima, Rio Grande do Sul and Sergipe. The lowest initial value was R$ 29,226 thousand.
The auction on March 30 is restricted to properties in the state of São Paulo, in the following cities: Americana, Araçatuba, Araraquara, Bauru, Caçapava, Campinas Carapicuíba, Cotia, Guapiacu, Guarulhos, Indaiatuba, Itupeva, Jaboticabal, Jacareí, Mairiporã , Marília, Osasco, Ourinhos, Pindamonhangaba, Praia Grande, Presidente Prudente, Ribeirão Preto, Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São José dos Campos, São Paulo (capital) and Ubatuba. The lowest initial value was R$ 54 thousand.
The last event, on April 13, will again have properties spread across the country, in the following states: Amazonas, Amapá, Ceará, Distrito Federal, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Pará, Pernambuco, Piauí, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. The lowest initial value was R$ 27.9 thousand.
