Authorities say the suspect, Guy Edward Bartkus from Twentynine Palms, is the same person found near a burnt vehicle next to the clinic. Akil Davis, head of the Los Angeles local FBI office, said during a press conference on Sunday that the researchers are considering writing that Bartkus left behind and which could shed light on his mental state.
