The Government of Canada has called on the citizens of the country to avoid any trip to Russia because of the war in Ukraine and all those who are in Russian territory to leave it as soon as possible.
Updating his travel instructions, the Canadian Foreign Ministry said it now recommends to its citizens Canada to “avoid any travel to Russia because of the effects of the armed conflict with Ukraine, including the reduced availability of air links and restrictions on financial transactions.”
“If you are in Russia, you should leave while there are still commercial options available for it”added the Canadian Foreign Minister.
