CallRec – an application for automatic and manual recording of telephone conversations.
IMPORTANT! Before installing the program, disable other programs for recording telephone conversations!
Because recording of telephone conversations is not allowed in all countries, many manufacturers turn off the ability to record during a conversation, and therefore I ask you not to give bad ratings!
IMPORTANT! If the application does not record the conversation well, try different settings (how to do this is described in the program in the “Help” menu. I advise you to read it!)
Control recording during a call
- Start / stop recording manually
- Comment, favorite and start recording with one click – when you click on the “Edit” button, the recording will automatically start, the editing form will open and the recording will be added to favorites (VERY CONVENIENT!)
- Favorites and start recording with one click – when you click on the “Favorites” button, recording will automatically start and it will be added to your favorites (VERY CONVENIENT!)
- Added a comment or added an entry to favorites and the “Dialogue after the conversation” function was turned on, the program will understand that this conversation is important for you and will not ask “Save this conversation or not?” (VERY COMFORTABLY!)
- Timestamps (VERY CONVENIENT!)
- Shake your device to add a tag or start recording
Record only the conversations you need
- Don’t save short conversations (Conversations less than N-seconds long) (Full app only)
- Separate settings for incoming and outgoing (Record all, Do not record, Record only contacts, Record only non-contacts) (Only in the full version of the application)
- Pause before recording
- Save or delete the recording immediately after the conversation (Dialog after the conversation) (Only in the full version of the application)
Choose your recording quality
- Recording in “amr”, “mp4” or “wav” format with a choice of recording quality
View recorded conversations
- Groups (All / Inbox / Outbox / Favorites)
- Sorting (By date, By caller’s name, By phone number, By duration, By file size)
- Grouping (By date, By caller’s name, By phone number)
- Search in all records (Subscriber number, Subscriber name, Comment)
- Quick filtering by selected number
Edit, manage recorded conversations
- Editing information about a recording
- Timestamps
- Record Group Management
- Call a subscriber from the program
- Protecting a Recording from Deletion (Favorites)
- Auto-delete entries (Delete entries older than N days) (Only in the full version of the application)
- Send recordings using the means of sending available on the device (E-mail, Bluetooth, etc.)

Alerts
- Turn off recording start notification
- Recording notification modes: “Do not show icon” – there are no notifications, “Show when recording” – the notification appears only during the recording of a conversation, “Show when calling” – the notification appears immediately when the call starts (Gives you the opportunity: start / stop recording manually , add a comment, add to favorites. VERY CONVENIENT!)
- Dialogue about saving the recording after the conversation (Only in the full version of the application)
- Notification if a recording error occurs (Notification, Notification and short vibration, Notification and long vibration)
- Notification after auto-delete records
