Camilla Camargo will star in “A Caipora” with Kayky Brito: “Story of resistance”

Camilla Camargo 38, will star in the film “The Caipora” a production directed by Bellamir Freire, which will also have the actor Kayky Brito , 35, in one of the lead roles. Exploring Brazilian folklore, the film will be a police horror.

In the plot, the actress will play Débora, a civil police investigator with borderline disorder, who is faced with some ancient mysteries intertwined with the law. When two young people are found dead under peculiar circumstances, the character teams up with investigator Douglas, played by Kayky Brito.

In addition to him, delegate Vladimir (Nill Marcondes) also joins the operation to uncover the secrets that haunt a village. To complete the story, an ancient indigenous spell adds a layer of tension and mystery to the investigation.
