The Duchess of Cornwall she is a passionate reader and tries to transmit her passion also to her grandchildren, to whom she gave only books for Christmas. Camilla is the grandmother of ten children in all. Five are her “direct” grandchildren, children of the children of her first husband Andrew Parker Bowles: Lola and Fred, aged 14 and 13, are the boys of Tom, twins Gus and Louis, aged 12, ed Eliza of 13 (who we all met as a child in the white dresses of bridesmaid of Kate Middleton on the day of the Royal Wedding), are Laura’s children.
