But the arrival of summer, which brings with it an increase in average temperatures, can impact people's health during training.

For experts, physical activity should be maintained during the period, but some guidelines need to be followed. Wearing light clothing and maintaining body hydration, especially by drinking water, are essential. Preferring times of day with less sunlight also helps – plan to do your exercises before 10am or after 4pm.
