Cannes Film Festival 2021: the best beauty looks on the red carpet

After a year off, the Croisette go back to doing his duty: spread glamor. And judging by the red carpet that officially opened the 74th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, the premises seem to be all there.

Beauty speaking, if the lips are still struggling to light up with bright and vibrant colors after long months of masks, the eyes to talk and communicate. The combos of eyeshadow and generous strokes of mascara win over excessively elaborate and scenographic make-up eyes, but without removing theallure red carpet glam.

See the shiny pinky sprinkles of Maggie Gyllenhaal, those mat effect of Bella Hadid, and the ultra bold lashes of Carla Bruni or even those fan effect of Ester Exposito. The notes of color come from Andie MacDowell than to his hair silver match a touch of emerald on the eyelids, and Kate Graham, which focuses on a bottle green eye make-up created by the make-up artist Elisa Rampi with Clinique products in the exclusive beauty room of the Hotel Majestic. The graphic flicker, on the other hand, is brought by the muse of Chanel beauty, Angela with a cat-eye that steals the show.

The sea breeze of the Côte, as we know, makes itself felt by moving the hair of the stars and giving natural effect waves: like those of Carla Bruni, super bright with that warm brown that seems to be softened by the first summer rays or Jessica Chastain, which offers us a side tail, wavy, hopelessly chic combined with refined burgundy lips. The effect beach also makes itself felt on Helen Mirren that steals the idea of scruffy knot a Melanie Laurent, e Maggie Gyllenhaal that with its short wet-effect cut immediately makes summer. Special mention for Bella Hadid, the only one to have dared with a sculptural, scenographic hairstyle, perfect to open the red carpet of the red carpets.

If this is the starter (beauty), we are sure that we will (again) see some good ones.
