Capital Market Commission: Fine of € 10,000 to Attica Bank

The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission during the 946th / 17.2.2022
At its meeting it decided to impose a fine of € 10,000 on the company ATTICA BANK ATE, for violation of the provisions of law 3556/2007, due to delayed publication and submission to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of its annual financial report for the year 1.1.2020-31.12.2020.

In addition, it decided:

– The imposition of a fine of € 5,000 on the company INTERWOOD-WOOD TRADE
Α.Τ.Ε.Ν.Ε., for violation of the provisions of law 3556/2007, due to delayed publication and submission to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of its annual financial report for the year 1.1.2020-31.12.2020.

– The imposition of a fine of € 5,000 on the company PROODEFTIKI SA for violation of the provisions of law 3556/2007, due to delayed publication and submission to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of its annual financial report for the year 1.1.2020-31.12.2020.

– The acceptance of the treatment request of Mr. Nikolaos Koulis and its revocation
8/923 / 22.07.2021 of his decision, by which he was fined € 10,000 euros, in the capacity of the Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board. of the company MLS INFORMATICS SA, for violation of the prohibition of market manipulation of article 15 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, through the annual financial statements for the year 2018.
