The imposition of a fine totaling € 50,000 on the company “PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS SA.” for violation of the provisions of article 17 par. 1 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 in combination with the provisions of article 7 of the Regulation and article 27 par. 8 of law 4443/2016, due to untimely disclosure of privileged information mentioned in the explanatory note to the shareholders and concerned the increase of its share capital in March 2021.
The imposition of a fine of a total amount of € 10,000 on the company ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS SAfor violation of Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 regarding improper compliance with the list of persons holding privileged information.
