The issuance of an operating license to the company “PREMIA SOCIETE ANONYME” (LEI 213800MU91F1752AVM79), for its operation as a societe anonyme of real estate investments, in accordance with the provisions of law 2778/1999 and as an alternative investment organization (AIF) with internal management in accordance with the provisions of article 5 (par. 1, per. (b)) and article 6 (par. 3) of law 4209/2013, after its conversion from a SA to an AEEAP. with the name “PREMIA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SOCIETE ANONYME”, decided the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission during its 949th / 5.4.2022 meeting.
The Board of the Commission also decided to impose a fine of a total amount of € 2,000 on the company “INDEX CHRIM / KI AEPEY” (LEI 2138005FNRAE83OSXP84) for the violation of article 94 (par. 1) of law 4514/2018 and article 21 (par. 4) of EU Regulation. 565/2017, due to delay in submission of financial statements of 31.12.2020.
