Capo Plaza arrives on Fortnite with his new album Wounds

Cape Plaza lands on Fortnite. One of the biggest names in the local rap scene, a multi-platinum musician with 61 Platinum and 30 Gold records and important international collaborations, becomes the first Italian artist in the history of video games to create a concert and also a completely personalized island, dedicated to Woundshis new album, out May 3. Capo Plaza relied on Mkers, a leading Esports & Gaming company in Italy, to create his creative island, in the wake of international artists such as Eminem, Ariana Grande and Travis Scott.

Woundsreleased three years after Plaza (triple Platinum) and six years after the debut of 20 (quadruple Platinum), still present in the top 100 of the official Fimi/Gfk ranking, retraces the last two years of Capo Plaza. It is a spontaneous story, born in a recording studio following the natural vibrations of Luca/Capo Plaza, which shows an ever greater artistic awareness. The album was anticipated by the single Thing of the pastin which the twenty-five-year-old rapper, with his new maturity, talks about fear and glory, in search of a different world.

On Fortnitethrough its creative island, players will be able to embark on an interactive journey of discovery Woundsexploring his Preview unreleased tracks and competing with exciting gameplay and challenges. The experience will culminate with a final concert on the island, which will allow fans to experience the magic of Capo Plaza's music in a virtual environment. «We shared with the artist the vision of gaming as a communication language for the new generations», explains Thomas De Gasperi, president of Mkers Spa. «The innovative and revolutionary experience transports players into an exciting interactive journeyallowing them to immerse themselves in the musical universe of Capo Plaza.”

To celebrate the launch of the creative island of Capo Plaza on Fortnite, a series of initiatives are planned, including an exclusive corner at the Mkers stand at Romics in Rome, until 7 April.
