A car fell into Cachoeira dos Três Tombos, in Ilhabela, on the north coast of São Paulo, last Sunday morning (19). According to the Fire Department, four people were injured, including a 4-year-old girl.
The accident occurred around 11 am after the vehicle went down a cliff approximately 25 meters high and fell into the waterfall.
In addition to the child, in the car there were two women, aged 32 and 58, and a man aged 38. The Fire Department informed the CNN that they are all tourists from São Paulo.
The adults had minor injuries. The girl was unconscious and had a fracture in one of her feet.
The Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) was called and the victims were taken to the Governador Mário Covas Júnior Municipal Hospital.
