Comedian Carlos Alberto da Silva, the Beggar, was taken to a custody hearing this Wednesday afternoon (19), at the Barra Funda Criminal Forum, in the west zone of São Paulo. The information is from the Public Security Secretariat.
The artist was arrested last Tuesday (18) for not paying his son’s child support. The value of the debt is R$246.9 thousand.
According to information from the São Paulo Court of Justice, hearings at the forum began at 1 pm and will be selected in order of distribution of the day’s cases.
Carlinhos Mendigo will be heard by a judge at the custody hearing, as he was arrested in the act, for the Court to decide whether the arrest was carried out within the law.
