The Independent League of São Paulo Samba Schools (League-SP) will discover, on Tuesday (4), which will be the Carnival Champion Samba School 2025. The reading of the envelopes with the grades attributed by the jurors will take place in the Anhembi Sambadrome, in the central region of the capital of Rio de Janeiro.
Fourteen schools that paraded on Friday (28) and Saturday (1st) fight for the carioca revelry trophy and the five places reserved for the champion parade, which will take place on Saturday (8). They will join the first two places of access group 1, which will also be defined this Tuesday, and the Access Group 2 (Black Pearl and Shirt 12).
The last two places, however, will be demoted and will join the second division associations of the São Paulo revelry.
The transmission of the calculation of the special group of the São Paulo Carnival will be made by TV Globo, which promises to show the reading of the notes from 16h, shortly after the end of the Vale Valido Ver de Novo, which reexes the soap opera “Tieta”. The attraction, however, will be restricted to the state of São Paulo.
In the rest of Brazil, Globo will show the movie “Central do Brasil”. In these places, those who want to follow the São Paulo investigation will have the option to watch on Globoplay and G1.
