The subway lines of São Paulo from the Viaquatro dealerships and viamobility 8 and 9 will operate 24 hours for three days during the carnival (from Friday to Monday). The action seeks to serve the public that will be present in the Anhembi Sambadrome, located in the north of the state capital.
The uninterrupted shipment will be at Palmeiras-Barra Funda (Line 2-Vermelha/ Line 7-Ruby and Line 8-Diamond) and Portuguese-Tietê (Line 1-Azul). In the others, the operation will be normal and between 0h and 4h40 (time that traditionally close) will be possible to perform only the landing.
The movement will be monitored by the Operational Control Center (CCO) and if necessary, there will be increased fleet. On the other days of the holiday, from Monday (3) to Tuesday (4) and from Tuesday to Wednesday (5), the lines will have normal operation, with reduced fleet.
The raillines operated by the private initiative (4-yellow, 5-lilac, 8-diamond and 9-emerald) will have similar operation. The revelers will be able to board and disembark at the Palmeiras-Barra Funda and Portuguese-Tietê stations during the holiday. From midnight, the other stations will only be for landings and transfers.
