The first night of parades of the special group of the Carnival of São Paulo was given to the first night of parades! Friday night (28) and the dawn of Saturday (1st) were marked by Locked float, mention of actress Fernanda Torres and presence of Lucinha Araújo, mother of Cazuza .
They paraded in the Anhembi sambadrome the schools: Colorado do Brás, Baroque South Zone, Real Dragons, Green Spot, Tatuapé Academics, Golden Roses and Green and White Shirt. THE CNN brought the main highlights of the night.
Baroque South Zone
The Baroque Zona Sul School passed through the sambadrome with emotion, as one of the main floats crashed on the avenue, precisely in front of the sector where the jurors are.
The association lost a few minutes trying to solve the failure and, therefore, concluded the parade only one second left for the 65 -minute limit .
The plot of the South Zone Baroque brought the Orixá Iansã, Lady of the Winds and Storms, and mentioned her mission of “leading the spirit from the moment of her detachment from body matter, and guiding him to one of her nine sacred skies.”
Royal Dragons
The Dragons of Real brought the plot “Life is a dream painted in watercolor” which was inspired by the song “Watercolor”, by Toquinho.
The parade reflected on the life cycle, so much so that one of the highlights of the front committee was the Arthur, boy who shines in the tricolor court since 2020 .
Tatuapé Academics
The school in the east of São Paulo entered the avenue with the plot “Justice – injustice in any place is a threat to justice everywhere” addressing concepts of law, punishment and equity.
A float that questioned the state’s ability to guarantee justice drew attention for bringing Fernanda Torres’s phrase. The actress celebrated the Oscar nomination and the victory of the Golden Globe with the statement “Life Pave”. In the parade, the phrase was placed in check: “Life provides?”
Green and white shirt
The school took to the Anhembi sambadrome a tribute to Cazuza, which was attended by Lucinha Araújo mother of the singer, and Daniel de Oliveira who played the artist in the movie “Cazuza: Time doesn’t stop.”
Lucinha paraded in a float that Celebrated Cazuza’s legacy reinforcing the importance of his work and his struggle against prejudice. Daniel de Oliveira represented the most popular phase of the artist .
